Nursing is one of the health professions which functions in conjunction with other health care agencies in assisting individuals, families & communities to achieve & maintain desirable standards & maintain desirable standards of health. We recognize that the nature of nursing is such that a substantial portion of the students learning is acquired in the clinical area. We have to expose the students for vast clinical experience & develop their skills in managing all kinds of situations in the community. Theory knowledge must be correlated with the practicals. We recognize it as the foundation for comprehensive nursing practice and on which further education depends. It is our concept that education should bring all sound development of the individual. We recognize the influence of Science & Technology in Nursing profession. We have to help the students to keep abreast with current knowledge & professional trends for a successful career ahead.
